Patient experience mapping

Understanding how a patient lives with a chronic disease and what it feels like to them is a major challenge. We use sophisticated research techniques to map a patient’s journey so it can be aligned with healthcare providers’ treatment plans and our clients can better understand how they can maximise value for patients via their services and programmes.

Working with patient advocacy groups

Establishing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with relevant patient advocacy groups is an art, not a science. It requires a long-term strategy to ensure all parties are clear and open about the nature of such a relationship, and that any compliance and legal challenges are carefully managed. We can help with mapping, engagement, lighthouse projects and optimising our clients’ interactions with these groups.
